Free Shipping

For orders $75+ free shipping with tracking is included for addresses in the United States and Canada.

Ordering Processing

Orders are typically processed in 2 to 5 business days for in stock items. Custom orders are subject to different processing times.

Shipping and Delivery Times

USA • 5 to 15 business days
Canada • 5 to 10 business days
International • 15 to 30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary during busy postal service times such as the holidays.

Tracking

Canada • All orders are shipped with Canada Post or in partnership with Chit Chats. Please note that the economy mail option does not include tracking. All other shipping options include tracking. 

USA • Orders that include stamps are shipped in partnership with USPS and Chit Chats and include tracking. Sticker only orders do not include tracking and are shipped through our economy mail option. 

International • Orders that include stamps are shipped with Canada Post and include tracking. Sticker only orders do not include tracking and are shipped through our economy mail option. 

International Customs Fees, Taxes, and Tariffs

Papergram is based in Canada. Papergram is not responsible for any potential additional charges (i.e. customs charges, additional taxes, tariffs, etc.) for international orders.
